Who we are

Remergify ("Remergify," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming corporation and a technology holding company that develops and owns a portfolio of software ventures. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our website at remergify.com (the "Site") and the applications and services we operate (together with the Site, the "Services"). We respect your privacy and are committed to handling information responsibly and in accordance with this policy.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information we process through the Site and our Services, including information collected when you visit remergify.com, contact us, or use an application we operate — such as the Remergify LinkedIn Poster, an internal tool described in Section 8. It does not apply to third-party websites or services we do not control, or to the separate products in our portfolio that publish their own privacy policies. Your use of LinkedIn and other third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' own privacy policies and terms.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you contact us, request information, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and service providers may automatically log standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device information, the pages you view, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We may use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 5.

Information from connected accounts. If you use an application that connects to a third-party account — for example, connecting a LinkedIn account to the Remergify LinkedIn Poster — we collect the information necessary to operate that application. The specific data involved for the LinkedIn Poster is described in Section 8.

We do not knowingly collect more information than we need to provide the Services.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to: operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services; respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; provide the features of any application you choose to use, including publishing content you have created and directed us to publish; monitor and analyze usage to keep the Services secure and functioning; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only:

• with service providers who host and support the Services on our behalf (such as our infrastructure and database provider), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to operate the Services;
• with third-party platforms you connect to, such as LinkedIn, as necessary to provide the features you have requested;
• in connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy; and
• where required by law, to comply with valid legal process or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Remergify, our users, or the public.

Data storage and security

We store information in secured environments operated by us and our service providers. Sensitive values, including any authorization tokens from connected accounts, are handled server-side and are not exposed to your browser. We restrict access to information to authorized personnel and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Connected LinkedIn accounts and the Remergify LinkedIn Poster

The Remergify LinkedIn Poster is an internal tool that lets an authorized operator compose a post once and publish it to one or more LinkedIn company pages that the operator administers. It accesses LinkedIn through LinkedIn's official APIs, and only after an operator connects a LinkedIn account and grants permission.

What the Poster collects. When an authorized operator connects a LinkedIn account, the Poster collects and processes:

• Account identity — basic profile information provided by LinkedIn during sign-in (such as name and LinkedIn member identifier / URN) to identify the connected account;
• Authorization tokens — OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by LinkedIn that allow the Poster to act on the connected account's behalf within the scopes granted;
• Administered pages — the LinkedIn company pages the connected account administers, including page name, identifier, and logo, so the operator can choose where to publish; and
• Content you create — the text, images, and scheduling details of posts the operator composes, together with the results LinkedIn returns after publishing.

How the Poster uses it. This information is used solely to authenticate the connected account, display the pages the operator administers, publish or schedule the posts the operator composes to the pages the operator selects, and show connection status and publishing results. It is not used for advertising, profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to publishing content the operator has expressly created and directed us to publish.

LinkedIn data restrictions. The Poster accesses LinkedIn data only within the scopes an operator authorizes and uses that data only as permitted by the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and LinkedIn's data and API restrictions. We do not collect LinkedIn connection lists, private messages, follower personal data, or any member information beyond what is described above and required to operate the Poster.

Revoking access. An operator may disconnect at any time within the Poster, and may also revoke the Poster's access directly from LinkedIn's account settings under Data Privacy > Permitted Services. Upon disconnection or revocation, the associated tokens are invalidated and removed.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Connection and token information for a connected account is retained only while that account remains connected, and is removed upon disconnection or revocation as described in Section 8. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, contact us using the details in Section 12.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these choices, or ask questions about them, by contacting us at the address in Section 12. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Site and Services are directed to businesses and professionals and are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not operate or control. This policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy at this URL. Material changes will be reflected here.
